Hamilton hit a record 28 homers in the first round of the All-Star Home Run Derby before running out of gas and getting beaten by Minnesota's Justin Morneau in the finals Monday night.

During the summer, athletic trainers are still at work. Some athletic trainers stick around Charleston to help the athletes who stay over the summer, and other trainers get internships with high-profiled National Football League teams.

According to Associate Athletic Director Mark Bonnstetter, about four to five students have gotten internships with NFL teams over the last several years.

Well, thank God that is over. That is what myself and thousands of others are saying across the nation as we collectively lament over a fantasy season that can only be summed up in a simple statement - it is no more. However, I know, just like all those others out there losing sleep over Milton Bradley, that I will be back next year.
